What training do site staff receive?All our staff undergo continuous training and evaluations relating to their area of operation. This ensures all staff are up to date with the latest best practices. That being said, because all events are different, all staff are given specific training and guidance for every event.

Do your staff undergo background checks/vetting before being employed?Yes, all our staff undergo very strict screening before being allocated to a client or event. In addition, all staff undergo regular polygraphing, SAPS criminal record checks and financial screening.

Where are you based, and do you provide services outside of Cape Town?We’re based in Cape Town and can provide services throughout South Africa, depending on the event.

How is client information protected?All client data is protected by various state of the art security measures including Two Factor Authentication (TFA) and full system monitoring. Essential information is accessible, when needed, by Senior Staff with the bulk of client information only being accessible by Executive Management. All staff members with access to client or company information are prohibited from accessing external sites as well as making use, or being in possession of personal electronic devices while using our systems.
